4 oz. shredded mozzarella

2 French rolls

½ fluid oz. Italian dressing

4 teaspoons vegetable bases

6 oz. cremini mushrooms

4 oz. slaw mix

1 yellow onion

1 red bell pepper

1 teaspoon seasoning blend

Method:

Combine the slaw mixture, Italian dressing, and a sprinkle of pepper in a mixing bowl.

Bring veggie base, 1 ½ cups water, and half the Italian spice to a boil in a small saucepan.

Cover and turn off the burner.

Add olive oil to a large pan and heat over moderate flame.

In a heated skillet, add the mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, remaining Italian seasoning, salt, and a sprinkle of pepper.

Stir 6-8 minutes until veggies soften.

Remove the pan from the heat and whisk in the cheese.

Toast the buns while the veggies are cooking.

Place immediately on stovetop and toast for 3-5 minutes, or until lightly browned.
